The Technical Inspector may not always be in the spotlight, but they play a crucial role in any construction project. Their responsibility is to ensure that the building is constructed according to the client\u2019s specifications and the designer\u2019s plans.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As Technical Inspectors, we are responsible not only for the professional execution of the work but also for ensuring that the building is completed in accordance with relevant standards, technologies, plans, and the specified technical solutions.<\/p>

Unfortunately, none of this is evident. The chronic shortage of skilled professionals is leading to an ever-increasing number of inadequately trained workers on construction sites.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The availability of modern, complex, and often expensive materials is insufficient if workers lack the skills to use them effectively. While the general contractor is responsible for the quality of the work, site managers often have limited time to visit the site and closely monitor subcontractors.<\/span> Their efforts are further hampered by a decreasing number of foremen and skilled workers. Additionally, contractors are under pressure to complete the building on time and may prioritize covering up defects over addressing them, all while trying to save money.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>

\u00a0It\u2019s unrealistic to expect everything to be done exactly as planned with the specified materials.\u00a0Accepting or rejecting \u2018technically equivalent\u2019 solutions requires substantial technical knowledge and experience. Since contractors can profit significantly from substitutions, this issue often leads to serious conflicts. In such cases, the competence of the technical inspector must be beyond question.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
